Great service, value for money !!!
Great experience with pineapple.
I took the policy without the assistance of a financial advisor, due to the way in which I received the policy information.
My only point that I can criticise pineapple for was that at claim stage I was required to provide proof of payment for the insured item, which I believe could’ve been requested shortly after the policy was incepted.
Overall I’m happy with the service.
