Great Service

I had the unfortunate event of being rob of my phone - at gunpoint :( Not an experience I want to have again. :-/ But fortunately, I had the phone insured with Pineapple. I must say, I didn't know what to expect. I never really had to use my Insurance for anything before and with Pineapple the experience of claiming was smoother than it was when I was trying to get my case number from the Police station. :-/ Thank you Bianca for the fast responses. The queries were sorted out faster than what I could slice a pineapple. :)

Long story short, what a relief to finally received my new claimed phone. I couldn't stand using that dusty old phone in my drawer :)
