After giving a good review im disappointed with claims department I had a incident were I picked up a Stine chip on my windscreen which when I initially spoke to someone at pineapple told me stone chip is free to fix with no excess cost unless the windscreen is Cracked so I must go ahead and apply for a claim so I did and then a claim agent without even phoning me processed the claim and I got smacked with a excess amount payment of R1249.00 to repair the windscreen even though its just a stone chip why was there no telephonic communication before processing i am not gonna pay the excess for something that is free to repair if this is the kind of **** promises made I should rather cancel policy
