Great service

Oritshidza, went out her way to help me cancel my policy which I could not do through the app. She has been very helpful and appreciated the assistance she always gives me. The agents seems to have a difficult time with issues with Pineapple in general so without Oritshidza's help, I would have lost it with Pineapple and she is one of the reasons why I stayed so long as I did, because she is usually the one helping me through a half broken system. She deserves much praise.
