Great service
Very happy with the service and how quickly I received cover. I was even invited to your office for a cup of coffee by the agent (since I work close to your offices). One note though - the response time is slightly slow on your chat platform but always detailed. Other than that, keep up the amazing work!

02 Aug 2023, 12:34I was told that I was credited for the second premium that was collected. I did not ask for the premium to be credited for next month, that was Pineapple's actions without my permission. I asked for it to be refunded to me. This is an error on your side - please escalate to a manager or someone senior. This is not acceptable.
