Great customer service but attention to detail was lacking because I gave specific instricutions that were not followed
Great customer service but attention to detail was lacking because I gave specific instricutions that were not followed. This resulted in an incorrect debit on my account. I had to reverse it. This was not received well by Pineapple where they sent me an SMS threatening legal action - for their mistake.
