Great Claims Support Despite Panel Beater Delays

I often use HelloPeter to hold big companies accountable for poor or unsatisfactory service and they do a great job at that. But I also believe it’s equally important to give credit where it’s due.

I would like to share my positive experience with Pineapple Insurance. They have been great in attending to and assisting me with my vehicle claim. Although the panel beater they referred me to has not been the most efficient in terms of updates and progress, Pineapple has consistently stepped in to help me get the information and assistance I need.
