Great Agent but Very Disappointing Service from Pineapple Insurance

I would like to start by giving credit where it is due. Nthabeleng Molefe was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout my interaction. She tried her best to assist and handled the situation with a positive and supportive attitude. For her service alone, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Pineapple Insurance was very disappointing. The process was frustrating and not handled as efficiently or professionally as I expected. Communication and service from the company side did not meet the standard one would expect from an insurance provider. It is concerning that despite having such a helpful and capable agent like Nthabeleng, the overall system and service delivery still fall short. Customers should not have to struggle to get proper assistance or clear outcomes. I hope Pineapple Insurance takes this feedback seriously and improves their service processes so that the quality of the overall experience matches the professionalism of agents like Nthabeleng Molefe.
