Good when you join. Nightmare to leave

Joining was fast and easy with no issues. After almost 2 years. found a better deal. Tried to cancel my insurance with them and they told me that I would not get a refund and as they set the cancellation date to end of the month. So you are forced to stay with them for whole duration of the month. First insurer to do this. This might not get enough attention but watch out. if the website says you can stop the insured item on your app but when you go to the app there is no function like that. Red flag. Really thought Pineapple was better then this. Just wonder how the claim process is.(PS havent claim with them for 2 years I was insure by them). They consultant tried to help. But the supervisor was having none of it. Wont recommend this insurer to anyone, Worst experience in my 10 years having insurance
