Fulu is my favourite Fine-Apple

Fulu is my Account Manager. I was unable to insure my one item on the app due to a bug. When I contacted Fulu he was on it and so helpful. Even after hours he would respond to emails.

Earlier today he emailed me asked me to try insure the item again. I did and it worked!!

He made sure that I was looked after and that my problem was solved. Thank you Fulu I appreciate all the time, energy and effort you put into this!!
