Frustrated regarding my claim

Its now week 5 since i made a claim, nothing has been done, my car is just sitting with the pannel beater since the 22nd of May.

I am really not happy with your service, and in order for me to get an update i have to beg your consultant 1st to update me.

A claim must be responded within 15 working days and this is very unacceptable and i regret joining this insurance.

Please respond me the soonest.
