From great to worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Going to cancel my policy!

I have had a very good experience having pineapple insurance handle my cellphone cover claims. With no hustles claims would be paid in vouchers which I did not mind and in time! the new rules and the new consultants are the pits! il never recommend anyone to join this insurance for a cellphone contract! worse the consultant that helped me "Banele" not helpful at all and sure deliberate to delay the process by all means possible! no empathy and sense of urgency even when we were ****** on gunpoint! almost three weeks now with not phone waiting for them to decide! something I never experienced with them and I never wished to write such a bad review for them but no things have changed and they are bad. im glad I dd not insure my car with them! going to delete the app I want nothing to do with them or old mutual!
