I was debited the amount of about R700 in 2 parts. A policy that I did not take up has cost me this much. I cannot get hold of anyone from this company to pick up a phone and speak to in order to have this policy cancelled for good. *****s.

17 Feb 2021, 06:13I was contacted 2 days ago by a rep from this business. I was told that my funds will be refunded by today. This has not happened. In addition to this, my bank is unable to reverse the payment as debicheck mandate has been blocked from the service provider which means one thing: my funds were taken ********ly and they refuse to return them to me. Absolutely absurd. I have no choice but to take this matter to OSTI.
