Firstly the personalized service, the honesty of each and every consultant i spoke with. They truly take what they do personal and made me feel like I am part of the family. Wanda, absolute star and he is insightful and also know what he is doing, I still cant believe that whenever i didn't understand anything, he would be there to answer all my questions. Yvonne - every time she went beyond an extra mile, her quick response on WhatsApp and subsequent call to make a change that I requested, she did that all in 4minutes and 23 seconds. These two were absolutely incredible would recommend them being the face of client engagement 5 star service indeed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
