Favoring the panel beaters over their paying client.
My car has been with the Panel beaters for 8 weeks now, I have tried following up and every time I ask my insurer to intervene. They settle for whatever nonsense feedback the panel beaters (Renew it Bedfordview) give them. This has made me to believe that my insurer is biased and unprofessional as it is associated with *********** service providers and tolerate them mistreating their clients.
