False promises!

I am extremely disappointed with pineapple insurance.My claim was processed and approved within 7 days which was great but now my car has not started beeing repaired. The car was towed away on the 3rd of April from accident scene,claim was approved on the 10th. It's been a week going back and forth with the insurance and the panel beaters to get the car to be uplifted so that repairs can start..tell me why the panel beaters say they are not authorised to take the car and also tell me why pineapple insurance said they have arranged for upliftment and yet 8 days later,there is no action?I have called,sent emails and absolutely nobody is giving me the answers!I am not happy because repairs could have started a long time ago,my car is stuck at some station it was towed at,I don't even know if it is safe there.This is not it!!!
