Failed to let me know that a vehicle recovery service would be required for my car to be covered for theft and hijacking, I had to call them myself and ask specifically
Failed to let me know that a vehicle recovery service would be required for my car to be covered for theft and hijacking, I had to call them myself and ask specifically. Then they are constantly begging for reviews on Google and Hello Peter under the guise of reviewing the person helping you in the call center, which explains all the overwhelmingly positive reviews here that don't actually mention experiences with claims.
