EXTREMELY BAD SERVICES!

I had claim for an accident in March, which was never approved by Pineapple insurance. They have very rediculous methods of communication, (either whatsapp or email or the app) none of the consultants call you back. They requested documents to be resent! I am currently requesting cancellation of my policy and I am not receiving a response or a call back to cancel. They dont have a contact number for the cancellation department. I went through a month of commossion with them, even to the extent of making sure I receive my vehicle back which was taken to a panelbeater and absolutely nothing was done to it. I was never informed of the status of the claim unless I kept on calling. Absolutely frustrating service. Please cancel my policy!
