Experience with Banele from Pineapple insurance.

The responses were very quick but they made a "mistake" with the repair amount claim. They used the amount excluding vat in the damage report and even asked me to point out where it says "excluding vat". Either that is incompetence or it was intentional to save the company money, even in "errors". It doesn't feel ethical to me.
