Excess of R1500 is too steep

My view on pipeapple or the underwriter old mutual is that they need to reconsider their excess of R1500 within 6 months of claim is too steep and should make it a choice of a customer to either choose a higher or a lower access depending on the installment one pays. To me it just seems as if pineapple is there for money and does not consider consumers needs. Until they reconsider their excess strategy I would not recommend them to anyone.
