Excellent UI and support team.

They have an amazing app, that is user-friendly. The support team is excellent and very responsive. The only thing stopping me from rating them 5 stars is the fact that I had an issue with a system error, that increased my premium incorrectly. This was not picked up on their side- however upon raising the issue it was dealt with quickly and fixed. They also apologised and gave me a voucher as a part of their apology.
