I submitted a claim for a phone with Pineapple insurance on the 05th of May 2021. Today, 11th of May 2021, my claim has been finalized and a voucher has been issued for me to get a new phone. The claim process was online and hassle-free. Thank you Philadelphia for the excellent service.
