Excellent service from Pine apple

Thandeka was very helpful, she called me back after a few attempts i made trying to get ahold of her office. She apologised and made sure that i got the best service. She provided me with feedback everytime and made sure that i was happy with my claim, she even called to confirm whether i received back my vehicle, and was very patient with me when i couldnt find the information she was looking for..
