Excellent Service from Charlotte Maja

Unfortunately my cell phone broke and was beyond repair. This created a lot of stress due to the fact that I require my cell phone for most things including work. Charlotte was extremely helpful. She always responded to me in a timely manner and gave clear instructions for me to follow to make the process as fast as possible. I really appreciate the service she provided and cannot thank her enough for the speedy manner in which she sorted out my claim.
