The responses from the consultant were almost immediate and clear. I often find with other service consultants that they are unable to clearly understand the issue but that was not the case today. The consultant had escalated my issue and to my surprise a response was received within minutes. I was extremely happy with the quick response and a clear explanation of why I was facing an issue. Keep it up!
