I would like to state that Thulz Mabuza, knows what she’s doing. She contacted me to offer me a lower premium, due to my loyalty to my current insurance, I couldn’t agree however she still found a way to convince me otherwise. It really showed me her dedication to her job and displaying persistence and patience. She didn’t feel like I was wasting her time. She really knows how to convert a lead into a customer. Her friendliness and professionalism is on point. A huge shout out to her. She deserves a raise or a promotion.
