Excellent claims process! No fuss

Amazing from start to finish. Claim was handled effortlessly through their app. Staff were courteous and reassuring. Bridget tried her best to assist to all my needs. When I reserved a new laptop and asked for my voucher to be sent via sms it was done within 30mins. Only downside is payout via voucher, due to me under insuring my item I was unable to buy a CPO machine and had to buy one from a selected store:( Overall brilliant! Will continue to use pineapple for years to come
