Mathapelo called me. I had hoped I could rate her service at the end of the call. She was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions in detail. She even confirmed an answer she wasn't sure of, with her manager. She was happy to serve me. She gave me a totally amazing experience. Even though I couldn't rate her, I told her that she helped me very well and I appreciate it.

She called a second time to inform me, that something I need to do today, can be done via the App. Wnt the extra mile, it was a call we hadn't planned on.
