Everything that was explained to me so clearly and what Pineapple offers, I sat thinking whilst consultant was speaking " bla bla bla and now you are going to give me a premium no one can afford " When I received my premium amount I was speechless..I told the consultant that u couldn't believe it and almost felt someone was playing the fool!! Well, I called my son, made him listen to it as well and we both sat with open mouths!!! I'm not employed and I'll and rely on our Father God for everything!! Even my premium was God sent. Pineapple covers stuff other insurers don't think off !! Really this made my day and my consultant said he would and did. Few days later I spoke to Palesa regarding my deduction from my bank account, she was just as friendly, helpful, reassuring and a pleasure to speak to just as I think his name was Nonhlanhla, I wasn't feeling well that day, but he was caring and compassionate as well. Thanks so much Pineapple, even my access amount was a blessing.
