Ever since I joined the insurance company ,,I never did the inspection for my car

Ever since I joined the insurance company ,,I never did the inspection for my car . Until palesa tried to reach out to me .n tried to explain how the processes goes , and I kept telling that I cnt do the my to do list n she was very patient called me couple of times and sent me messages on watsaap .until I send videos of what I experience in my app .she den contacted the tech team as there was a problem with my app . It was fixed and we tried again until we completed the whole process ,I am finally drive my car in peace ✌🏽
