Easy to get hold of and resolutions did not require me to wait for weeks like my experience with some other insurers.
I had an issue and sent a message on the app about it. The next day I was called by Yezmine from Pineapple who then approached management and called me back in under 5 minutes. Excellent response time and resolution.
