Driveless discount

I have been waiting for my driveless discount for a while now was promised it will take 10-14 days but it’s been way beyond that now, and whenever I am texting on WhatsApp I am no longer getting responses, this really brings me to worry that if is this how things are in times of claims I am concerned 😪… I am not happy with the treatment I have been receiving
