DriveLess Benefit?

After promising to “better their service” months ago with regards to the DriveLess benefit, Pineapple has done nothing. The check every month is NOT done automatically- meaning if you don’t follow up, there is no “DriveLess Benefit” awarded to you. This is despite the fact that Pineapple have a telematics device installed in my car. Even then, once I have manually followed up, it takes weeks to get the benefit and hours of frustrating conversations on their App. If you’re looking to move to Pineapple because you work from home and could benefit from their DriveLess discount - don’t do it. I am still awaiting my Feb benefit, and March. No indication of whether these have been processed. And just hours of being ignored on the App.
