DriveLess Benefit?

A big selling point for me was the DriveLess Benefit seeing as I work from home. What I have found with Pineapple is highly disappointing. In months where I have driven less than 300km, my mileage on the Pineapple app suddenly disappears towards the end of the month. This results in me having to request confirmation of my mileage from the team, and having to badger them to ensure my DriveLess benefit has been recorded and issued. If I don’t enquire further, no benefit is paid out. Albeit a small amount, this is highly frustrating as it is a selling point used in all their adverts and marketing.

It must be noted that Philani was very helpful in assisting me with sorting this out this month, however Pineapple as a whole should ensure this is a smoother, more transparent process.
