Dont use Pineapple Insurance...warn others about them!

Alert: Pineapple Insurance is operating the biggest insurance ****!

Its the last day of January. We had an accident on the 2nd January 2023 and we lodged a claim with Pineappple on the 3rd of January 2023. Its now a full month, we are heading into February and we are in darkness as to what's happening with our claim. In the meantime, Wesbank also needs answers as they are the financing house.

1) What is going on?

2) What is the status of the claim settlement? What is the hold-up?

3) Why is no one contacting me or my wife and providing us feedback?

4) Where has Fikile (the Complaints Manager) disappeared to since the 6th Jan? It is now 24 days since we last spoke to Fikile...has she resigned? She still needs to call us and resolve or dispute the courtesy car matter. We opted for a courtesy car and we are still waiting for it....

5) What happened to Nichole Schub, the Marketing Manager, who I went to personally see at their Kramerville offices mid-January? She promised that she will personally get someone in the Claims team to call us on the same day. We have been waiting 14 days for such call.

6) Marnus van Heerden, your CEO has received messages from us on your Pineapple App. As the CEO one would think that he will step up and intervene so that the matter is resolved.

What is going on? Is this a legitimite Insurance company? The CEO himself is unbothered about this mess. Why all this shocking unprofessionalism?
