Don’t insure with these people

I logged a claim on the 22/06/21 for a speaker damage its -almost a month going back and forth .The worst part is the person (Philadelphia)handling my claim takes 3-4 days to respond .With half responses is there a number to call for customer service as this is becoming difficult. I do not want to fix my with the phone Doctor as it will make me loose work as i need a phone to work i do not have 4-6 to wait for the repair the istore takes a day to fix,the problem .I am so done so easy to sign up and claiming is the worst!!!
