Don’t insure with Pineapple underwriters of Old Mutual

I previously placed a review of how good and excellent my experience and service was with Charlotte from Pineapple. She was helpful but the excess was my problem. I need to warn the public out there it’s not really a good insurance company. I have been with many insurance companies but Pineapple takes the cake when ripping people off. I received an invoice for a claim for product which they will be paying maximum R5000 and they charged me an excess of R2500. Now tell me isn’t this a *******.

I will not recommend this insurance company that is part of Old mutual to anyone and will definitely go to where I receive value for money.

Beware people.
