Don't bother insuring with them.
Honestly I am now regretting taking up insurance with these guys. I had an incident on the 24th of June and have requested multiple times that someone from claims to contact me but till today I have not received any communication/call and I have to be the one who constantly follows up regarding loading a claim on an insurance policy I was paying for.
