Don't be involved in an accident!! They will hold you liable!!
After my 5 star review I gave last time, I changed insurer due to a collision that was deemed my fault (even though all information received was confirmed, that it was not)!! I have yet to receive a response from their side on receiving my access back on the claim that was processed, and yet still no response received to date since August 2025!!
