Does What It Says On The Tin

I claimed for a phone that I lost through theft a bit more than two weeks ago, and my claim was finalised within very reasonable time. My only complaint is that I found the silence between the acknowledgement that the claim was received (and pending review) and getting the outcome rather undesirable, especially since I had to reach out a couple of times. However, I think this is something that can be improved if one is aware that customers really appreciate knowing what is happening while they wait. All of that said, I would really like to thank Nonhlanhla for the massive help, especially during my frustration with the silence. Her communication was so efficient. She was very transparent about next steps, she answered all the questions that I had exceedingly well so that I could understand when I didn't, and it was honestly the kind of clarity that I wish would be present throughout the claims process. You are a superstar, Nonnie!
