Does Pinapple Insurance really exist??

I received the policy document after the telephone call and realised the information is incorrect. I have asked for it to be corrected, emailed and called various times to be advised the consultant will return my call but this has not happened. I have requested cancellation on their app because of this and have still not received a response. If the service is so poor in the beginning, how would it be at claim stage? If I didn’t double check the policy my claims would be repudiated and I would have to prove that I provided the correct information.
