DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AT ALL

I cancelled both my policies on the 30th of April 2022. My debit order went off on the 1st of May 2022. I was told that they would refund me within 7 working days. Every week they have given me a different story. Today is the 24th of May 2022 almost a month later and I have not received my refund. Their service or the lack thereof is appalling. They don't have contact numbers to contact them so you have to chat to them. The App is terribly slow and definitely not user friendly.
