Do not use pineapple

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. They double debited me. To get proof of refund had taken over a month. Then the refund was made to the account using my personal name and not the business name and account in which the money is actually taken off of. They now refuse to get confirmation from their bank that the money has not bounced due to wrong account details. The money has not reflect s in my account and I have sent them proof from my bank that the money had not been put into my account.
