DO NOT USE!!!!!

DO NOT INSURE with Pineapple !!!!!! Absolutely the most disgusting and unprofessional company I haver ever come across. Be prepared to threaten legal action. They take your premiums, the openly advertise that you can easily stop insurance via the uninsure button on the app but then they take your premiums the following month anyway! I asked for a refund as I have uninsured and I was told I cannot get a refund because I didn't cancel in writing 31 days in advance! PHILANI has been less then unhelpful, he comes with one excuse after the other after you dispute what they say. Seems like they don't know their wlown product! PHILANI does not get back to you or update you, you constantly have to chase after him but he is then quick to say I won't get my money! Family has had equally bad experiences when it comes to claims they try every little excuse which are mostly completely ridiculous to pay out claims and they constantly contradict their own policy.

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT INSURE WITH PINEAPPLE!!! You will loose your money.
