Do not trust PINEAPPLE INSURANCE, THEY ARE A ****
At first glance, one would get the idea that Pineapple insurance company is popular among people due to their significant contribution to saving people’s money. Well, not in my (and my team) opinion!
From a client's standing point, the cold and calculating dynamic of their risk assessment has made us angry.
Wrong representation and using shady marketing practices are the main reasons we portray them in a darker light.
We filed for claim, it was processed and approved... then all of a sudden, they changed the entire story to "we can't help you because your laptop was not ******".
Not sure if it's their way of trying to pull a price rigging move on us, or it's plain ********* practices that they have adopted...
Unfortunately, we are dissatisfied with the misinformation provided by the company and would like to warn anyone else who's looking at putting in their money and trust in... 1 STAR for you guys!!
