Dissatisfied customer

My policy was updated on the 17th after a week's delay on the matter. In the early hours of the morning I receive an email with a higher access that was not discussed with me. What changed between the 17th and this morning? This is a reap off and I want it corrected or I'll be forced to shop for a new insurance
