Dissatisfaction of claims processes.
Honestly not the best service I’ve had, put in a claim for a water damaged cellphone on the 25th of April and up til today no clear indication of what is happening. If it takes over two weeks for a cellphone claim makes me wonder how long other bigger claims take, a year perhaps?
