Dissapointed

I claimed for my car after an accident. I got the Agreement of loss and it was wrongly calculated, dealing with the lady there who had attitude from the word go of my claim. I am still waiting for the refund of the premiums , no update no calls to cancel the insurance. They said they submitted the refund claim on the 23rd Feb .I've been following up with it,they said it takes 7 to 14 working days
