Dishonesty and poor service

My phone was settled on Thursday and the money was paid in my account I did not get an notification in my account. How do u treat your clients? I so regret joining this insurance.

Hi Mpho, depending on the bank you bank with payments can take 2-3 days to reflect. Unfortunately this is just the nature of EFT settlements.

Please can you allow for this time and if the payment is still not reflecting we can investigate it with the team.
