DISGUSTING & DISPECABLE BEHAVIOUR FROM PINEAPPLE!!!!!!

I took out an insurance policy for my cellphone. I furnished them with all the details they requested. Now my device has been ****** and i need to do a claim...All sorts of requests are coming up...They request a photo of the box which i do not have at the current moment, why wasn't this requested when i initially took out the policy?? Due to me not having a box my claim is being declined. I find this to be very deplorable and disgusting. I am not pleased with this behavior. I will not take this lying down.
